Refund policy

We stand behind our products. Like any software, we understand that sometimes a product may not work perfectly for everyone at all times. If you find a bug in one of our products that we cannot resolve and that makes the product unusable as a result, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software.

Article 1

We cannot provide a refund for technical issues unless you allow us to try to help you first. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will issue a refund. Before requesting a refund, open a support ticket at contact@prolablis.com describing your issue in detail with screenshots.

Article 2

Refunds can only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, no refund can be processed.

Article 3

Partial refunds apply in the following cases:

• The software works correctly but certain modules or extensions have technical problems (bugs, freezes, crashes), AND your situation meets Articles 1, 2 and 4 — in that case you are eligible for a partial refund equal to the cost of the affected module(s) or extension(s).

Article 4

Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the product you purchased or if you bought it by mistake. We support our products and will help resolve any issue you have, but we also expect you to understand what you are buying and why.

Article 5

If the criteria in Articles 1, 2, 4 or 3 are met, you are eligible for a refund. Please use the contact form and we will respond within 2 business days.
